Pushed

[Missy and Seth Sincott]

Missy walked along the streets, pushing through the large crowds of people. She tugged on her sleeves and looked around. In an instant someone was pushed into her and she fell to the ground. She sat up with her eyes wide. She stayed there for a moment allowing people to have to go around or hop over her.

[glow=maroon,20,1000]Cery stopped walking,noticing someone who'd ended up on the floor.Standing still wasn't a good move,someone bashed into his shoulder,he lost his balance for a moment but stayed standing.He walked over and knelt down infront of the girl."You ok?"he asked tucking abit of his long brown hair behind his ear.[/glow]

Missy looked up at the boy. "Yeah, i'm good." She looked around. "I was pushed, but i'm fine...I'm even beginning to think that the ground is safer than standing up anyway." She said with something that almost resembled a small smile.

Missy took his hand and stood up. "My name is Missy, by the way."

Missy nodded. "Nice to meet you." She was shocked a bit by how proper she sounded. She was never like this.

Missy wasn't the best at meeting new people and she felt incredibly stupid already. She opened her mouth, but nothing came out. She closed it again and her face became red. Missy looked down to the ground.

Missy looked up. "No, it's probably me...i'm not the best with social skills..." She said looking into his eyes.

Missy loked down when he looked away. She felt her spirit slowly wanting to seperate from her body, as it often did when she had nothing to say, but she held it in. She didn't wish to make an even worse impression on Cery than she already had.
